[That much is obvious - Kida's always made her love for her people clear. Anyone who knows her knows that. What's less clear are Hellboy's feelings on the matter.]

Well. She's a princess, so she'll need to get married to someone who's interested in that kind of thing. [The implication being that Hellboy does not really consider himself king material. Or marriage material, for that matter.]
I don't want to make things complicated for her, so probably not.
[It's less a question than it is a statement. She can't really fault him if he isn't - and he certainly doesn't seem the type to enjoy pomp and circumstance, not to mention thousands of lives all hinging on the success (or failure) of his decisions.]
[He doesn't respond right away, which should be enough of an answer, really. It's not something he likes talking about, his own royal blood, because it's the same blood that makes him a demon. Eventually, he answers her question with a question, which isn't great etiquette, but he doesn't know how else to explain himself.]
